I created this place as a central hub to share my favorite bits of human culture, mainly media from the 90s and 2000s. This is a safe space for undercover aliens everywhere, so zip out of your human skin and hang out with your squiddly bits out!

status report:
The year is nearing it's end, it's put me in a reflective, almost melancholic mood. A lot has been happening in my life lately. The film I'll be making this year is starting to take shape. I've been doing a lot of very serious, very interesting research for it, mainly on media representation of intellectual disability: a topic I hold very close to my heart. It's been very informative, but now I'm looking forward to getting back into visual work. Other than that I've been reflecting a lot on love, and what it means to me. Without divulging too much on my private life, I've "cut through some knots" as the Dutch say. But I'm also meeting new faces, kind ones. Navigating live can be terrifying sometimes. Despite it all I try to live, feel and experience without restraint. Life is the universe experiencing itself and all. As a certain detective once put it: "Crashing headlong into everything is the only way to live, pal!"
